Project Overview
The inlet water of this ultra pure water system is municipal tap water. After entering the raw water tank, the tap water undergoes ultrafiltration pretreatment filtration, primary and secondary reverse osmosis desalination, and then enters the intermediate water tank. Then, it enters the EDI and polishing mixed bed device for deep desalination treatment, meeting the water quality requirements for ultra pure water in the production line.
